2. Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Inh. René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The provider processes technical data (server log files such as IP address, date/time, requested page) on our behalf under a data-processing agreement. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, reliable operation). The server log files are stored only for as long as necessary for secure, reliable operation and are then deleted.

3. Fonts and media

Fonts are served locally from this server; there is no connection to Google Fonts or other external servers. No tracking services, analytics cookies or social-media plugins are used.

4. Language preference (cookie)

A strictly necessary cookie named lang stores your language choice (German/English). It only contains “de” or “en” and is not used for tracking. Legal basis: Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG (strictly necessary cookie) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Pre-order

If you use the pre-order form, we process the data you provide (name, email, quantity, chosen edition, optional message) to process your pre-order, send you a confirmation with your personal pre-order code, and notify you once the book becomes available. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Your IP address is stored only in pseudonymised form (as a hash) to prevent abuse, never in clear text; the hash is part of the pre-order record and is removed when that record is deleted.

6. Payment (Stripe)

To purchase the book we use the payment provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland). When you click a buy button you are redirected to a payment page hosted by Stripe. You enter your payment details exclusively there; we do not receive full payment data, only the information needed to fulfil the contract (e.g. payment confirmation, name, delivery country). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Stripe's own privacy policy applies in addition.

7. Contact requests (rest of the world)

If you use the contact form for orders outside the offered destination countries, we process the data you provide (name, email, country, optional message) to answer your request and handle the order individually. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

8. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process your details (email address, name and the content of your message) solely to handle and answer your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries); where the enquiry concerns a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR applies in addition.

9. No third-country transfer, no automated decision-making

Your data is not transferred to any country outside the EU/EEA. No automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, takes place.

10. Storage period

Your data is stored until the purpose ceases (handling your pre-order or order) or until you request its deletion, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

11. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time with future effect by contacting info@morganphilosophy.de.

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): You have the right, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you which is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg (LfDI BW), Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany.
