1. Scope, provider

These terms apply to all orders placed via this website. Provider and contracting party is Dr. Panagiotis Kafritsas, Stuttgarter Str. 30, 71638 Ludwigsburg, Deutschland, email: info@morganphilosophy.de.

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. By submitting your order / completing checkout you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded once the provider confirms the order (e.g. by email).

3. Prices and shipping

All prices are final prices. As a small business under Section 19 of the German VAT Act (Kleinunternehmer), the provider does not charge VAT; it is therefore not shown separately. The purchase price and any shipping costs are shown before you complete the order and depend on the selected destination country.

4. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). Payment details are entered exclusively with Stripe; the provider does not receive full payment data. Orders from countries outside the offered destinations are handled individually after contact.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you provide, within the offered destination countries. The delivery time is shown before you complete the order.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. See the separate right-of-withdrawal notice.

7. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of the provider until full payment.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rules apply.

9. Governing law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
